هڪ 19 سالن جي عورت پنجن سالن جي تاريخ سان اندر آئي، جنهن ۾ ننڍڙا، داغدار ريشز ۽ اڀريل، پيلي کان چمڙيءَ جي رنگ جا ٽنگون هيون، جن جي ٽورسو ۽ هٿن ۽ پيرن تي نفيس ترازو جي هڪ انگوزي هئي. Guttate pityriasis lichenoides chronica هن ٽي-سيل وچولي بيماري جي هڪ غير معمولي پيشڪش آهي.
A 19-year-old woman came in with a five-year history of small, spotty rashes and raised, yellowish to skin-colored bumps with a ring of fine scales on her torso and arms and legs. Guttate pityriasis lichenoides chronica is an uncommon presentation of this T-cell-mediated disease.
